Enquiries and project photos

We collect the contact details, suburb, project description and optional photos you submit. Brick enquiries may also include quantities and collection or delivery preferences. Provide only information needed for your project. Please avoid faces, IDs or personal documents. Do not upload financial or payment details. The form accepts up to three still JPG, PNG or WebP images, each no larger than 1 MB and 16 megapixels. Files are checked on the server, decoded and re-encoded before delivery. Original filenames and embedded metadata, including EXIF/GPS data, are removed. These checks do not identify or remove faces or documents visible in a photo.

How enquiries are delivered

When online sending is enabled, the form sends your enquiry and checked photos as private email attachments through Resend only to info@ajdemolition.com.au. The website does not publish photos, create public upload links or save an upload gallery. Photos are processed in server memory; Resend and AJ's email provider process the message and attachments for delivery and may retain them according to their policies. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. These providers may process information outside Australia. A submission confirmation means the email provider accepted the request, not a confirmed booking or guaranteed inbox arrival. If you use the email-draft alternative, you send through your own email provider. Selecting files on this page does not attach them to an email draft; add those attachments in your email app.

Use and handling of information

Your enquiry is used to respond, assess the requested work and manage any resulting project. It is not a subscription to marketing emails. Enquiries and attachments may remain in AJ's email and project records. Only provide photos you are comfortable sharing with AJ and its delivery providers.

Website preferences and measurement

If optional analytics is enabled, the website asks before loading it. You can decline or change your choice using the analytics settings. Anti-spam and essential website functions are separate from optional analytics.

Website assistant and optional AI processing

The assistant is automated, not a live staff chat. Website-only help uses AJ's approved information without sending your question to an AI provider. If AI-assisted help is enabled and you agree, your question, up to six recent questions and the current page path are sent to OpenAI to select relevant AJ information. OpenAI and anti-spam providers may process data outside Australia. Avoid entering names, street addresses, contact details, health information or payment information into chat. Basic email, phone and long-number redaction is used before AI processing, but it is not complete anonymisation.

Chat history is held in browser memory, not stored in local storage or an AJ chat database. Reloading the page or choosing Clear removes that in-browser history. Clearing does not delete information already processed by providers, copied or downloaded by you, or sent as an enquiry. OpenAI response storage is disabled for these requests, but provider abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Cloudflare Turnstile checks AI requests for abuse. A shared rate limiter stores keyed hashes and usage counters, not chat text; the request counters expire within one minute or one day. Hosting providers may retain technical access logs.

You can withdraw AI consent or choose website-only help at any time. The assistant cannot confirm asbestos, provide DIY removal advice, give a binding quote or book work. Chat does not send an enquiry automatically: selecting Prepare enquiry creates an editable draft that you must review and choose to send. A copied or downloaded conversation may contain details you typed, so keep it private.
